Business Planning
The business plan defines the company's vision, mission, objectives, strategies and action plans used to achieve short and long term goals. The company plan is drafted by the owner(s) often times with input from management. Usually companies will also have key people complete departmental plans for company alignment and increased internal communication.
More detail;
Take a snapshot of a traditional business plan and you will get a plan similar to PBN's One Page Plan. This type of strategic planning is more tactical and deliberate than most strategic planning methodologies. There are components that are high level - vision, mission & strategies - but much of the substance is very specific - objectives (key performance indicators) & action plans.
PBN facilitates the creation of One Page Plans for each management position / department. This plan is typically developed by the manager and signed off by the owner.
- Accountability & Tracking
Monitoring progress and performance is much easier whith proper tracking spreadsheets, or dashboards, in place. Using PBN tools and techniques we will partner to drive accountability within your organization.
- Incentive Compensation Design
With objectives and deadlines previously established in Departmental Plans you can use customized incentive packages to hep inspire a pay-for-performance culture. Also, consider non-compete agreements, vesting schedules, retention programs, and downpayment accumulation.
