This course is designed for new and emerging leaders who will be expected to manage, assess and improve the performance of other employees within their teams or the organization at large. Anyone moving from an individual contributor role to a managerial role or supporting growth and development will benefit from this course. Schedule and Time Commitment

Classroom Instruction: 90 minutes

Pre and Post Study Work: 2-6 hours of related activities and reading

Todd’s background and experience in consulting has given him the opportunity to work with diverse organizations through the private and public sector. His project work has included supply chain management, audit work and cycle counting, implementation and testing of learning management systems, and the creation and delivery of training materials. Finding a passion for training and development Todd completed a Masters of Education in Adult Education and has focused on ways to best help the workforce expand their skills to remain viable in today’s quickly changing environment.
